Do you offer insurance for the shipment?
No. Although we provide a limited coverage for the shipment, it is advisable to talk with your insurance provider. You may also want to talk to marine insurance companies.

Are there any special charges for including a motorcycle/car in the shipment?
Yes.

What are the regulations for weight of the shipment?
The weight restrictions can slightly vary with the location you are shipping from. Check with local shipping authorities to find out the weight restrictions applicable in your area and in the intended shipping route.

Are there restrictions for content?
Yes, you may not pack any illegal or hazardous content. Furniture/wood products of certain types too have shipping restrictions. Get in touch with us with your apprehensions.

Can I pack my car and household goods in a container?
Yes, you may pack household items within the car too. Don’t pack household items in your vehicle if you don’t hire a container.

Do you deliver the container at the destination or do I have to collect from your warehouse?
You may choose either way. If you find it appropriate to entrust us to find a trucking company for you, we are glad to assist. You are also free to find a trekking company on your own.

When should the container be returned?
You have as much as seven days to return the container after it is made available to you.
